We are looking for a Sweden-based sales partner experienced in the premium bathroom market

A Polish premium manufacturer in the bathroom products sector is looking for an independent sales agent based in Sweden, with strong knowledge of the local premium market for bathtubs, washbasins, and shower trays.

The company designs and manufactures its own premium brands and delivers private label projects for international partners across Europe. As part of its continued international expansion, the company is seeking an experienced commercial partner who can actively support the development of the Swedish market and build long-term business relationships within the premium segment.

This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional or independent agent already operating in Sweden within the premium interior design, bathroom, or construction sectors.

The cooperation is based on a B2B commission-only model, with attractive commissions on generated sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing B2B sales of premium bathroom products in Sweden
  • Identifying and acquiring new business partners, including distributors, premium retailers, showrooms, architects and private label clients
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts in the premium segment
  • Actively representing the company and expanding its presence on the Swedish market
  • Conducting negotiations and presenting commercial offers
  • Supporting the development of local distribution networks and partnerships
  • Monitoring market trends in the premium segment and identifying new opportunities
  • Representing the company at meetings and selected industry events in Sweden
  • Providing market feedback and supporting export sales strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within Sweden, preferably in premium segments such as bathroom products, interior design, construction or building materials
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish premium customer segment
  • Established network of contacts (distributors, showrooms, architects, designers, developers)
  • Ability to independently acquire and manage business partners
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English and Swedish (required)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden
