About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst who will be closely involved in the software development and product development processes.
The role will act as a bridge between clients, product, software development and QA teams. A key part of the position will be understanding client needs, analyzing and clarifying requirements, and translating them into clear requirements and actionable tasks for the technical team.
This position is particularly suited to someone who wants to develop at the intersection of Business Analysis, Product Development and technology, rather than focusing solely on requirements documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Participating in client meetings,

Gathering, analyzing and clarifying requirements,

Translating business and product needs into clear technical tasks,

Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria,

Ensuring backlog quality, structure and traceability,

Supporting backlog refinement and project readiness,

Coordinating follow-ups, action items, dependencies and status updates,
-
Preparing meeting summaries, decision notes and documentation,
-
Identifying missing information, risks, open questions and dependencies,
-
Preparing solution options and impact analyses,
-
Developing recommendations to support decision-making,

Supporting communication between clients, product teams, developers and QA.
Requirements
-
2–4 years of experience as a BA, IT Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst or in a similar role,

Experience working with software development teams,

Experience in projects involving embedded systems, IoT, hardware, HMI or R&D,

Good understanding of the software delivery process,

Experience working in an Agile environment,

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar,
-
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups,

Very good English – the role involves regular communication with English-speaking clients and stakeholders,

Proactive mindset, ownership and independence,
-
Ability to prepare recommendations, solution options and impact analyses rather than simply passing on collected information,

Flexibility regarding meeting hours – some client meetings may take place after 5:00 PM CET.
